Kruti Dajee, MD, is one of the skilled ophthalmologists practicing at Greater Dallas Retina in McKinney, Texas.

She grew up in the greater Dallas area and completed medical and sub-specialty training in the metroplex. She grew up in Plano, Texas, and graduated as a President’s Scholar from Southern Methodist University Summa Cum Laude.

After completing medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she enjoyed being class president for four years and graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors, she began her post-doctoral training with an internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas and then completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern.

During her time in ophthalmology residency, she served on the Chief Resident Council and, during her second year, won a research award. This experience gave her the depth and breadth of knowledge in the management of the most complex retinal and macular diseases.

Dr. Dajee enjoys spending time with her husband, who is her high school sweetheart, and her two young daughters. She is a trained classical Indian dancer and loves choreographing and performing with her dance company, Indique Dance.
